Introductory Kettlebell Workshop on Saturday March 1st


Wanted to give a quick post about an upcoming KB seminar Yoana and I will be doing at the beginning of March. If you are new to KB's and want to learn from two experienced RKC Team Leaders, you'll want to attend this workshop. You will learn all the foundational execises in detail and will leave the seminar feeling very confident about your ability to safely and effectively use kettlebells!

    i sent you an email, but several of my attempts were sent back so you might not have received it.

    so far i've looked into a couple of different fitness insurance policies (ideafit). it appears you have to become a member before getting insured. would you recommend becoming a member? i really just want the insurance.

    i talked to fawn friday and i'm going to sit in on some of her classes to get some ideas. i'll be getting some biz cards soon.

    i'm hesitant about starting to tell people i'm officially a trainer before i do these things.
