Ah, the golden age of body building! I can smell the old fashioned health food stores and the Shaklee pills when I was a kind in the early 70s. Tiger Milk bars were the only protein bars in the market (or so it seemed). Still, even with the steroids, they looked more aesthetic than the striated vein show that goes for bodybuilding today. Who would have ever known how far Arnie would have come back then when he was guest posing at the prisons?

Pete,
Gotta love Arnold and that era of bodybuilding! And you're right, they looked way better and more real than the PLASTIC looking bodybuilders of today.
Arnold......he was the man! Still is the man!
looks like you could have cracked walnuts between those pecs!
Walnuts....that's funny. Yeah, Arnold definitely had the total package...the best of all time (along with Frank Zane)!
LOVE it. I still like going to hard core, run-down old gyms for nostalgia's sake. :-)
Arnold seriously was best ever. Esp. in the days of Ray et al. Roids took over and ruined the art.
Yodster..yeah..gotta love Arnold and BB in the good old days. Arnold was beyond impressive!
