Moving from the Thoracic Spine Video Part TWO: The BRETZEL!!!!

THE BRETZEL

In the first video "Moving from the Thoracic Spine Part One" we showed you a visual example of the human spine and why we must rotate from the thoracic joints. We discussed how the lumbar facet joints are not designed to tolerate a lot of rotation. In short, we need lots of mobility from the hips and thoracic spine to move with strength, power, grace and safety.

In Part Two we are sharing with you a very powerful thoracic spine stretch/mobilization exercise called the "BRETZEL." This is a stretch we learned from Master RKC Brett Jones and FMS Creator Gray Cook. The reason this stretch is so powerful is because done properly it re-educates your spine to move from the thoracic joints.
