Mallakhamb Video
This looks to me be a cross between Yoga and gymnastics. Very interesting to say the least! Could be a form of fitness that you start seeing in gyms. Why not, you never know. Let me know what you think about this,
Interesting? Very! For gyms? I doubt it. But the world would be a healthier place if even a fraction of people could be even a little bit as strong as what you see in the video. It was beautiful!

Oh ... we do that sort of thing all the time in pole class ... just kidding. Absolutely amazing!
Leslie, Cool, isn' it! I agree, you probably won't find this in a gym any time soon...but the principles are certainly worth putting into practice!
