Summer is Close!

Yoana and I have been walking alot on the beach the last couple of days which is nice because she has not been feeling well at all. The fact that we can get her outside moving is a huge blessing (for both of us). Summer has to be one of my favorite times of the year, isn't it for you to? I love the beach, the sun, the sound of the waves crashing down on the ocean floor, and just being outside. Life seems so simple when you lie down a beach towel, soak in some rays, listen to the waves, the sounds of seagulls flying overhead and take a nap. Thank God I am self employed and can schedule my day to where if I want to escape and go the beach with Yoana I can. That's what we did today and it was heavenly!!! Warm and sunny and not a cloud in the sky. Okay, enough of the sentimental stuff....

What;s this about you snatching the bulldog for reps? Very nice work, Franz. I miss living by the beach. I am in Santa Monica tonight; tomorrow is the tactical strength seminar. I will love being by the beach without a doubt. Enjoy these times, as a friend of mine told me (before we had our daughter) these are the last times that you will be only a "couple". Once the baby is born, you become a family. Not a bad thing at all, of course, but a totally different dynamic.

sorry she is not feeling well again. you just have to get her to another rkc and that nice minnesota weather and she'll feel fine again!
nice training dude.

Rif, I think you are correct. She actually mentioned that herself that we ought to go back to Minnesota because she felt fine there!

my presses are stronger then my pulls... what gives!

Dustin,

maybe it's because you are doing more presses than pulls or at least focusing more on presses. You'll start getting good at pulls the more you do them(remember the SAID principle).

Be well!
