Kettlebell Prone Bridge | RKC Franz Snideman

This is a great substitution exercise I came up with for the renegade row, especially if you only have one kettlebell. Give it a try and let me know what you think. Enjoy!

Franz,

Excellent. And deceptively difficult. Great one for workshops, short learning curve, immediate application.

Cheers

Thanks Howie!

Rannoch,

Thank you, I feel when done properly, one of the most beneficial CORE exercises out there. Give it a try with your clients.

Oh yes, way more difficult than it looks! Awesome, thanks!

Glad you like it Gabi! It is challenging.....especially if you really try to keep the pelvis from rotating.

Way cool Franz! I will try it out on my class tonight and let you know how it goes! Will I be seeing you this weekend?

I can't wait to try that...even if you do have 2 kbs to use, that looks like a great core/balance exercise.

Fawn,

unfortunately I will not be there this weekend. Too many things and responsibilities going on here. Hopefully we'll make it up there soon!

Glad you will be using the exercise in class!

Best,

Franz

That's a good one Franz.
I've been hesitant to show any of my classes the renegade row, but this is a fine substitute. Thanks.
