Kettlebell and Rope Fat Loss Training

Kettlebell training flat out works. Most of you know that by now. But what many of you may not know is how effective rope training is, especially when added to kettlebell training. Check out the video to see Yoana take you through a challenging kettlebell bell / rope combo fat loss routine!

Great video! Yoana's lifts are flawless .. in particular her cleans clearly exhibit how the elbow always remains glued to her side.

I have had an opportunity to train with ropes at Andrew Bender,RKC's home and they are a killer.

Go to OSH (like a home depot) and get a 50 foot nylon or mesh rope. 2 inch diameter is what you want for the ultimate grip challenge!
