Thank you GOD!
I just want to say Yoana and I are greatful that our fellow brother Pete Diaz was okay after rolling his car in a near fatal accident. Life is so precious and we must thank God for protecting Pete. Let us all count are blessings and remember to live each day like it is our last, because one...............it will be our last. I am not afraid to share my faith here on this blog but I also do not intend to throw it down anyone's throat, but in the grander scheme of things, we are in less control of the bigger picture than we think. Life can be going along so smooth and then something traumatic happens. I know I'll be a little more greatful in my prayers in the weeks and months to come (and hopefully for as long as I am alive.)
Training
Adding back in the stability exercises instantly made my back feel better and more stable. I had stopped doing them for about two weeks and discovered that my lumbar spine was starting to get sore and ache. The solution: Contine to perform the stability exercises I was doing for a long time. They definitely work!

Isn't it ironic that we live in a society where we feel compelled to feel almost apologetic for mentioning faith in a public forum, and other formerly taboo topics are free game? I think that how you conduct yourself as an honorable, conscientious person, it comes as no surprise that you have strong faith in a higher source.
Thank you again, for your prayers and kind words, Franz, and to your wife, Yoana.
I see that you are pressing the 32kg again! It is awesome to see your strength coming back relatively quick after such a scary injury!
Once again, being proactive with life reaps so many beneficial rewards. Have a great weekend!
Pete & Franz...once again, glad Pete is ok, and appears to be no worse for wear. Remind me one day to tell you about my head on 502 story that resulted in an 1144..scary stuff. My partner and I were fortunate to walk away almost unscathed.
Franz, this country was founded on the idea that religious freedom was each of our inalienable right. Speak your mind, don't back down, that is what integrity is all about bro. My hat is off to anyone who says what they mean and means what they say.
Amen Brothers!
"But I will honor those who honor me, and I will despise those who think lightly of me." 1 Samuel 2:30
Franz, I can tell you that your encouraging words mean a lot. That is the beauty of the Body of Christ. We are intertwined through a connection we cannot explain. And thus, when other believers pray for us, we know it, feel it, and it comforts us in the Spirit. The Church is not your local building, but the body of believers.
Praise God for you and for your taking a stand. God honors those that honor Him.
Pete, all the best to you, brother. I know the scariness of recent accidents and I also know the provision and protection of the Lord in the midst of it all.

Franz, NEVER apologize for mentioning your faith. The one great thing about being an American is that the government grants it to you as a RIGHT. If people are offended, tough. Even if it weren't guaranteed by the govt., Christ commands us not to hide our lights under anything. Keep on living in and from Truth.
Glad to see your training is going well. You are very smart to take it slow and steady. Your clients are very fortunate to have such a trainer as you. How's the hand and foot mobility work going for you?
Keep on keeping on, brother.
Pete, I couldn't agree more with you. My faith is the most important thing in my life and then my family. I realize we live in a culture that is more and more Anti-God, and that is sad.
Tom, Thanks brother. You are right, this country was founded on religious freedom and I do not intend to back down. Thank you for your support.
The Dymmel,
thanks for the post. That is a great passage of scripture from 1 Samuel. Your post was very enouraging to me. And yes, there is a supernatural connection between all believers that is indecribable. It really is "supernatural" and can only be experienced to really understand it. Praise God for you and your faith!
Geoff, thanks brother. Sometimes I struggle with my faith only because I am around so many people on a daily basis who are opposed to my faith. But then again, Christ said that in this world you will have tribulation and that there would be many people who depart from the faith. I guess I shouldn't be surprised the direction that the world is going. It just saddens me to see so many people who live life without faith in Christ (God).
Trainig is going well and yes, the foot mobility especially has helped my back. Can't wait to take the Z-health Cert next year.
Thanks for your posts brothers!
