Snatches....

Today I only wanted to focus on one lift: Snatches. It's amazing how mentally draining doing many exercises on one day can be. To do only one frees up alot of energy for me, which I like. Using the 20kg felt appropriate today.

Snatches
20kg 7 x 10/10 = 140 reps

That was my workout. Short but effective!

There is something about snatches....one exercise, and it will definitely kick you in the butt!

Short and effective, without a doubt.

Pete, you are right, Snatches are butt kickers for sure. Amazing how one exercise could be so involved. Perhaps my favorite lift right now.

Mark,

Back is good. If I keep my volume in check and do stability exercises, it seems to be just fine. Thanks!

Nice work on the progression the last few weeks.

That's a lot of reps. At least for normal people like me, maybe not for big time Sr RKC's like Rif, but a lot for me.

Congrats again on the house. It looks awesome. Now let's see some Christmas flair and get it covered in lights.

Nice session Franz, I have actually been watching your progression closely, after your injury and I am very impressed with how much progress you have made in such a relatively short period of time. Its a real testament to your intelligence and dilligence in training.

LOL tim, thanks for the kind words.Franz I agree Tom and Tim though that your progressions have been great and you are getting good benefits from that.
I also think the chek stabilization exercises can't be beat for back stabilization and pre-rehab.
