Fall is in the air!

Living in San Diego is awesome. The weather is great year round..........but it does start to cool down a bit in the night and evening and you can start to smell fall in the air. I love it! I miss seeing the trees change colors like it does in Santa Fe, New Mexico where I grew up. As much as I miss the trees and mountains I would not trade the ocean for anything. Living by the ocean it's easy to get spoiled. I guess just seeing the vastness and SIZE of the ocean is just awe inspiring.

Franz,
I start feeling that way when fall weather starts to roll around. For my part of the country it's the smell of cotton harvest and the crisp, cool air of Friday night football games. I'm always anxious for this time of year.

Great looking workouts! I wish we had a mountain to hike! :-(

Were the 24kg swings with one hand or two? I've never swung it for reps, just intervals, maybe I should try on my next heavy swing day.

I guess the TSC put the 24kg back in alot of peoples hands, lol!

Is that Tracy or Rif?

The swings were 2 handed! And yes, the 24kg did make a comeback after the TSC. How could it not? After seeing everyone kick butt with the 24kg snatches.....it just get us both motivated!
