More Training

Proverbs 3:5-8 ( I love the proverbs. Some of the best passages in the entire Bible)

"5Trust in the LORD with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;

6 in all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight. [a]

7 Do not be wise in your own eyes;
fear the LORD and shun evil.

8 This will bring health to your body
and nourishment to your bones."

Last week I felt weaker than usual so didn't hit the training as hard. I'll slowly start to progress into more volume.

Rainer,

Thanks for checking in. You are right...the Psalms are also amazing. I have not read them enough. The Proverbs and Ecclesiastes Wisdom books have always spoken to me and impacted me in ways I cannot explain. I hope the Psalms will do that for me in the near future!

God Bless you as well!!!!
