Snatches with 32kg

Legs are sore from sprinting - but I like it! Today is Snatch day - woo hoo!

SNATCHES
warm up16kg x 5/5

32kg x 5/5 x 10 sets

100 total reps in less than 12 minutes. Very Challenging. I'm not sure if I've ever done this before, but either way, it felt good. My left arm / shoulder has a little pain. I think the left shoulder is unstable and weak. Timing of the shoulder muscles is off. Need to start performing overhead farmers walk with KB.

Bodyweight Pull ups
10 / 8/ 4 - that's it!

Cool Franz. Been enjoying your blog. Lots of good things happening for you. Good to see you focusing on your goals and really determining what you want to do. Look forward to seeing you soon. I will put the sled in the mail tommorow:)

franz, be careful about timed, close to max effort sets if the shoulder is feeling unstable. easy to lose form when you are pushing the pace.nice work though you might want to also do some volume numbers without too much concern for rest periods. especially with the two pood. jmo.

Thanks Ken. Look forward to seeing you at the Pavel/Mahler seminar. thanks for the Sled.

Rif, my sets were not timed. That's just approximately how long it took. I rested a bit between sets. But you are right about the shoulder, need to really focus on the quality and rest as I need to. I was inspired by watching the guys at the TSC so I really wanted to push myself in the snatches. Thanks for your input, it is always appreciated and needed :)
